Youth Leadership Academy
Our YLA is held yearly for selected young people from disadvantaged communities and backgrounds, to acquire practical leadership training, mentorship, and support from outstanding leaders who have been able to rise up through the ranks from the bottom-up. This academy takes the format of a Bootcamp with various activities, assignments, and workshops for participants to benefit from. The YLA aims to empower young people who have been marginalized to take up leadership roles in their communities, by practicing ethical leadership skills.
